Our Location

Mayfield B&B at Torlundy is an ideal base for many outdoor pursuits such as hill walking, climbing, skiing and biking etc. as well as more leisurely strolls or days out exploring the scenery further afield by cycle, car or motorbike. Several major rivers are within a few miles, offering excellent fishing and kayaking.
If you’re cycling, Torlundy is on the cycle path connecting Fort William and Nevis Range and we’re only a mile from parts of the Witch’s Trails while the Nevis Range Red Route and World Cup Downhill mountain bike courses are a mile further.  In the winter Nevis Range becomes one of Scotland’s leading ski centres, Mayfield bed and breakfast is one of the closest B&B’s to the mountain gondola chairlift – three miles by car and closer if you prefer to ride there by forest trail.
